Keith recently developed the business strategy for the non-profit FULL PLATE DIET & serves as its Head of Strategy.  Full Plate Diet is a lifestyle-based approach to weight loss and healthy eating.  We are developing an  integrated interactive & mobile platform that includes a strategic partnership with SuperBetter, a new on-line social game that helps people achieve their health goals.  We are also creating a turnkey network  approach to deliver a facilitated small group version of Full Plate Diet.

Keith is Head of Strategy for RENOVO CLINIC, a non-profit that is pioneering a new model to integrate a medically-supervised approach to weight loss and healthy behavior change through physician practices within the U.S. health care system. We recently opened a pilot clinic near Phoenix, Arizona to validate the efficacy of the model.

We founded GENE SMART DIAGNOSTICS, a personalized health company developing genetic tests and related nutrition-based products to prevent & treat conditions associated with inflammation.  Our Chief Science Advisor heads the research center established by the NIH to study omega-3 & omega-6 fatty acids and health.  We recently filed a patent on an exciting new Gene Smart® genetic test.

Making it easier for people to consume the right typles of health-promoting omega-3s is one of the most important things we can do for the health of America and the world.  We recently founded ALGAE NUTRITION, a nutrition ingredient company developing sustainable & vegetarian omega-3 ingredients for the global food & dietary supplement industries. 

We believe that faith-based fellowship is the best social context to help American's make and sustain postive changes in their lives.  We recently formed a non-profit Christian health ministry called LIVING ABUNDANTLY MINISTRIES in order to develop, market & scale evidence-based whole health programs designed for church small groups.  A successful study of our pilot program in a church setting was published in the CDC's Preventing Chronic Disease Journal.
